Hi! My name is Stacy Hoffpauir. I am 23 years old and have lived in South Louisiana my whole life. I am currently working on my Bachelors degree in General Studies with a concentration in Arts and Humanities at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. This will be my second degree, my first one is an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Now I know what you are thinking. Why go back to college for something the complete opposite of culinary? After I received this degree, I realized that it was more of just a hobby as opposed to a career. When I have the extra time, I love to cook and bake for my friends and family. I will receive my Bachelors in December of 2016; I am not 100% sure what is in store for me after graduation, but I am prepared and ready for whatever path life decides to take me on.
